The Riverstone East Precinct

The Riverstone East Precinct will consist of a mix of housing types that allows greater choice for different household types. It is predominantly accommodated with low density housing. Riverstone MP Kevin Conolly said the Cudgegong Road precinct plan included up to 4000 new homes. “People living in the new precinct will have great public transport services, with a train at least every five minutes in peak times at Cudgegong Road,” Mr Conolly said with reference to the station to be located parallel to Schofields Road, between Cudgegong Road and Tallawong Road.The station is the last one on the North West Rail Link, and will have a 1000-space commuter car park.

“With 16,000 square metres of retail space for new shops, restaurants and cafes and other services, the Cudgegong Road precinct will generate more
local jobs,” Mr Conolly said.
