A winery with combination of Vineyard, Winery, Orchards and Italian restaurant, one of the largest Italian grape varieties in Australia, which has more than 17 Italian wines and blends.
The vineyard, olive grove and fig orchard are fully irrigated, from a bore to the south east of the farm.
Annual grape production: approx. 40 tons.
The winery is currently configured to process up to 100 tons of fruit
